Our hostel is located in Tsim Sha Tsui, Kowloon in the heart of Hong Kong faces Central.  It is known as the one-stop shoppers’ paradise brimming with both high-end malls and bustling shopping streets. There are also various themed museums that inject a little cultural atmosphere to the area. After sunset, enjoying the brilliant night scenes along the Victoria Harbour can be a great way to end the evening.

You can easily access to the Hong Kong island one stop away by the MTR or walkable distance towards the Temple street night market. From our nice balcony you’ll see the Kowloon Park and the ICC tower (the tallest building of Hong Kong). It is also the gateway to China from the new or old train station plus minutes away from the Macau ferry terminal. The spectacular Harbor Front and the Avenue of Stars are only steps away. Remember to watch a performance of ‘A Symphony of Lights at Victoria Harbor when the night falls. Cultural venues such as Kowloon ParkHong Kong Museum of ArtHong Kong Science Museum, and Cultural Center are also good options for first time traveler to Hong Kong.

BUS

Before you take any form of public transportation in Hong Kong, we recommend that you buy an OCTOPUS card. In addition, some forms of public transportation will not offer you change. Try to have the exact amount of the fare. From Hong Kong Airport (we recommend the A21/N21 bus because there are seats, a luggage rack, free Wi-Fi, and it’s cheap!): By bus A21 (06:00- 00:00): The A21 runs every 10-15 minutes, takes about 60 minutes, and costs $33 HKD per person. Before the stop, you will see a large park to your right and a mosque. Get off at the 13th bus stop (Cameron Road/ Nathan Road). For bus N21 (00:15- 05:30) is actually the same bus as A21 but run longer route so instead of 60 minutes it takes about 90 minutes to get to Cameron Road (35th stop). The fare is only HKD$23.

After getting off the bus (see above video), walk south along Nathan Road (same direction as the traffic). Turn right on Humphreys/Haiphong road. You will see Haiphong Mansion on your left instantly (the entrance is next to a Lok Fok jewelry shop). The intersection is Nathan Road & HaiPhong Road. After entering the building, take the elevator to the 14th floor and turn left.

MTR

The Airport Express Service (05:50 to 01:15) runs every 12 minutes and it takes around 25 minutes for HK$90 per person (no luggage fees). Get off at Kowloon Station and change to the free airport shuttle bus K3 or take a taxi which costs no more than HK$20 to arrive at Haiphong Mansion. The K3 bus stop to get off at is the Holiday-inn Hotel and then walk North along Nathan Road for about 3 minutes until you will reach the interaction of Nathan Road and Haiphong Road. Haiphong Mansion is located at South West corner. Take the lift to 14/F.

Train from Mainland China

By Trains from Shenzhen… There’s a service from 06:30 to 00:00 every 5 minutes and it takes about 45 minutes for HK$$36.50 per person. Interchange to the west rail line at Hung Hom station and head towards East Tsim Sha Tsui. Get off at East Tsim Sha Tsui then use the underground walkway to walk about 5 minutes to Tsim Sha Tsui Station (Exit A1). East Tsim Sha Tsui station is linked with Tsim Sha Tsui Station. Turn right after exit A1 and cross the street on HaiPhong Road and the building facing is our building. The building entrance is next to Luk Fok Jewelry Shop.

Trains from Beijing & Shanghai… take the train to Hung Hom station and interchange to the west rail line toward East Tsim Sha Tsui. Get off at East Tsim Sha Tsui Station then use the underground walkway to walk about 5 minutes to Tsim Sha Tsui Station (Exit A1). East Tsim Sha Tsui station is linked with Tsim Sha Tsui Station. Turn right after exit A1 and cross the street on HaiPhong Road and the building facing is our building. The building entrance is next to Luk Fok Jewelry Shop.

NEW- By Highspeed trains from Shenzhen or Guangzhou, China. From Kowloon West station walk 5 minutes to Austin station and take MTR to Tsim Sha Tsui East station then use the underground walkway to walk about 5 minutes to Tsim Sha Tsui Station (Exit A1). East Tsim Sha Tsui station is linked with Tsim Sha Tsui Station. Turn right after exit A1 and cross the street on HaiPhong Road and the building facing is our building.
